Frank Catalanotto is an outfielder for the Texas Rangers. A native of Long Island, Catalanattto was originally drafted by the Detroit Tigers in the 10th round of the 1992 amateur draft. After four years as a prospect in the Tigers minor league system, he made his major league debut on September 3, 1997. Catalanatto played three seasons in Detroit, and four seasons with the Toronto Blue Jays in between stints with the Rangers.

- December 28, 2002: Signed with the Toronto Blue Jays as a Free Agent.
- November 21, 2006: Signed with the Texas Rangers as a Free Agent.
Strengths
Catalanatto has a good swing at the plate, and is patient enough to get on base.[1]
Weaknesses
Catalanatto is not much of an asset defensively. He doesn't have a very strong throwing arm.[1]
