Francis Smith is accused of exposing himself on webcam and soliciting sex from what he thought to be two teenage girls. The girls were actually an undercover police officer.

Smith logged in to the Yahoo! Inc. room Philadelphia 2 using the name "reesephilips20" claiming to be a forty-seven year old man from Bucs county Philadelphia.

The undercover officer pretended to be both a fourteen year-old and a thirteen year-old girl on separate occasions. Smith reportedly made phone contact with one of the teenagers describing himself as "5-foot 9-inches, blue eyes, dark blondish hair, like tan."

Smith has been arrested and is jailed in the Bucks County prison with felony charges of unlawful contact with a minor and criminal use of a communication facility.

Much of what Smith said to the girls is said to be unprintable according to the Courier Times.
