The 4-Hour Workweek evolved, according to Ferriss, as a description of his strategies for running the sports products company BrainQUICKEN, which Ferriss developed in 2002. On Timothy Ferriss' official blog, he discusses lifestyle tips, promotional appearances for his book, and even gives health advice for getting over colds. Ferriss appeared on the March 27, 2008 episode of Mahalo Daily to discuss 'The 4-Hour Workweek.
