The Follieri Foundation is a non-profit organization founded by Italian real estate developer Raffaello Follieri with the purpose of raising money to support various health-related programs in North America and the Third World. In June, 2008, the charity came under investigation by the New York State Attorney General's Office for failure to file the necessary tax disclosure forms required of all non-profit groups. Raffaello Follieri has been dating Hollywood actress Anne Hathaway since 2005.
