Floyd Landis is a professional cyclist who won the 2006 Tour de France. In September 2007, Landis was stripped of his championship title for allegedly using performance-enhancing drugs. Landis appealed the decision but lost when a panel ruled on June 30, 2008, that his original positive doping test was valid.
