Florida's "No Match, No Vote" law requires that voters provide verification of their identity upon voting. The "No Match, No Vote" began being enforced on September 8, 2008. Voters must provide either their driver's license, state ID card or Social Security card as proof of identity. Their information will then be compared to state and federal records in order to verify their identity.
Critics worry that the law could lead to voters having their ballots denied because of typos or other minor errors.HeraldTribune.com (FL): Law Could Deny People Right to Vote (September 14, 208)
