During their first season under head coach Jimbo Fisher, the Seminoles open their 2010 season on September 4 playing the Samford Bulldogs at home. 2009 Florida State Football Schedule
In their final season under head coach Bobby Bowden, the Florida State Seminoles went and even 6-6 overall, including 4-4 against ACC opponents to place third in the ACC Atlantic Division.
