1. A limited number of 750,000 tickets are sold for $20 each.
2. Tickets are automatically issued in order from 0000001 to 750000 as they are sold across the state. Players cannot select their own ticket numbers.
3. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
4. Numbers must match in the exact order of the winning numbers drawn.
5. The first five numbers drawn will win one million dollars. The sixth through 15th numbers will be awarded $100,000. The next 25 numbers drawn will be awarded $10,000. The next 2,500 tickets will win $500.
6. All prizes must be claimed within 180 days of the raffle.
7. If a one million dollar prize is not claimed within the 180 day prize claim window, the sixth through 15th numbers will be used as alternate winning numbers in the order drawn.
