Splatster Reviews
From Amazon.com:
-"My children ages 7,9 and 10 have all been having a terrific time playing with the Splatster. The game took just a few minutes to set up and it operates similar to our Wii system with the magic eye. All three kids had a blast making funny pictures and designs with the different activities and as a teacher I appreciated the artistic and creative aspect to the toy. Definitely unlike any of our other video games. Something new and different."
-"It is way too much for the money and my 4 yr old hates it. You have to be right in front of the tv and it is hard to pick up the paint brush on the screen. It kinda reminds of a poor version of the WII remote. It was even hard for me at the age of 33. We also have a new HD tv and we can't use it on the new tv. It has to old plugs for an older tv. Not many people have those kinds of tv anymore. All in all don't waste your money and this thing. Just got and get markers and paper! Really your kid will love it more then this thing!"
-"My children 4 and 8 had a great time creating their own works of art! This was very easy to set up and since my children play on the Wii- it was easy for them to catch on to the "eye" concept. The kids also loved the fact that you can save your work on a flash drive and print from the computer....they love to display all of their artwork. One down side was that when you had the pointer on an item to select and you hit the orange button- it did not always select the first time...this became frustrating to my 4 year old. Overall good product but a bit pricey."
