How to Make Fish Stew
- Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Add the onions, celery and garlic and cook for five minutes or until tender.
- Add the parsley, tomato and tomato paste and cook for five minutes.
- Add the clam juice, wine, fish, corn, oregano, Tabasco, thyme, salt and pepper and mix well. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
