Fish Stew

Fish stew is a type of stew made from different varieties of fish, vegetables and spices cooked at a low temperature for several hours.

How to Make Fish Stew

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the onions, celery and garlic and cook for five minutes or until tender.
  3. Add the parsley, tomato and tomato paste and cook for five minutes.
  4. Add the clam juice, wine, fish, corn, oregano, Tabasco, thyme, salt and pepper and mix well. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
