  • Fischerspooner is the stage name of two electronic music producers based in New York. The group was started by a musician and an experimental artist in 1998. Their music combines classical old electro-pop sounds with modern production techniques. As was popular with the electroclash scene in which they first became well known, Fischerspooner is known for elaborately staged live performances. These stage shows are so elaborate as to have their music described as the soundtrack to these performances.
