18-year-old Pekka-Eric Auvinen fired shots at Jokela High School in Finland, killing eight people and injuring several others on November 7, 2007. Auvinen later shot himself in the head, becoming the ninth victim. Auvinen posted several videos on YouTube, referencing an imminent school shooting in Finland, just hours before the incident. One of the videos presented the shooter's philosophy, mentioning anarchism and Darwinism. His YouTube account had been suspended.
