These upheavals have caused business and tourism to decrease, but Fiji’s islands still draw many visitors. The country consists of 322 islands, 106 of which are inhabited.   1. Island Hopping: With over 300 islands to visit, island hopping can keep you busy and entertained. Travel from different islands by local boats, ferries or planes. Fiji Attractions: Fiji
  2. Scuba Diving: Fiji is known to have some of the best scuba diving in the world. Most well-known are the 'Rainbow Reef' near Taveuni and 'Great Astrolable Reef' near Kadavu. Fiji Attractions: Fiji
  3. Navala Village: This picturesque village is one of the few remaining villages where houses are built with traditional materials, such as bamboo walls and thatch roofs.   4. Bouma National Park: This tropical rain forest is located on the Garden Island of Taveuni and is dotted with 1,000 ft. volcanic peaks, waterfalls and cliffs overlooking the ocean.   5. Aerial Tours: Companies -- Island Hoppers helicopters and Pacific Seaplanes and Turtle Airways -- provide daily sightseeing tours of the Mamanuca islands. The shallow waters around the islands allow you to get a clear view of the coral below. Fiji Island Holiday: Fiji
