  • Partnership With Chrysler

    The Associated Press reported on April 29, 2009, that Italian auto manufacturer FIAT is close to signing a partnership deal with struggling U.S. auto company Chrysler, and that the deal may be signed as soon as April 30.   • GM Acquisition?

    On May 3, 2009, FIAT representatives confirmed that the company was in talks to acquire General Motors' European operations.
