  • Fedor Tyutin is a Russian professional hockey player, currently playing for the New York Rangers in the National Hockey League.
  • Career Highlights

    Prior to playing in the NHL, Tyutin played for the SKA Saint Petersburg in the Russian Super League. He was drafted 40th overall in the 2001 NHL Draft by the New York Rangers. Tyutin then joined the Guelph Storm of the Ontario Hockey League. He returned to the Russian Super League during the 2002-03 season, before making his NHL debut in 2003. Tyutin also spent some time with the Hartford Wolf Pack of the American Hockey League between 2003 and 2005. Since the 2004-05 NHL Lockout, Tyutin has played as a full member of the Rangers roster. In 2006, he signed a contract with the Rangers, for two years. Tyutin later extended that contract on February 17, 2008, paying him a reported $11.375 million over four seasons.
