Feasting on Waves is the third season of the Alton Brown Feasting On series. In the past two seasons Brown has traveled by motorcycle seeking out culinary experiences; this season features the crew traveling by boat on the same path Christopher Columbus once traveled.

Feasting on Waves follows the same premise as Feasting on Asphalt. Alton Brown travels the Caribbean (specifically the region from the Leeward Islands to the British Virgin Islands) searching for authentic foods, and interviewing the people who prepare them. Brown visits different places to experience local flavors including restaurants, roadside stands, street vendors and farmers' markets.Official Site: Feasting on Waves
