Fatima Bhutto is the grand daughter of the great Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto. She is known as a poet and a writer. She is the daughter of Mir Murtaza Bhutto who was an MP of the Sindh Assembly before he was assasinated outside his house 70 Clifton in 1996.
Career
Bhutto had her first book, Whispers of the Desert, published at the age of fifteen. Whispers of the Desert is a collection of poems. In her second book, 8.50 a.m. 8 October 2005, Bhutto brings her reader back to the earthquake that jolted northern Pakistan in 2005. Both pieces have received considerable media attention, and she currently writes in Pakistan for The News.
