Fatal Inertia EX is a video game developed by Koei Canada for the PS3. It was originally promoted as an exclusive title for the seventh generation Sony console, but eventually made its way onto the Xbox 360 platform as well.

Despite having been developed for the PS3 well in advance, it suffered from significant delays and had to be released a year after the Xbox 360 version due to some difficulties the developers had with the engine. Major revisions include new locales, tracks, and vehicle customizations.
