Fast Times at Ridgemont High is a cult 1982 film based on the book of the same name. It is about the lives of a group of high school freshmen coming-of-age in Southern California.
The film also has a string of appearances by actors such as, Sean Penn, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Eric Stoltz, Nicolas Cage, Phoebe Cates, Judge Reinhold, Anthony Edwards, and Forest Whitaker, who would all go on to become successful Hollywood stars.
