Farmville Crop Whisperer

The popular Facebook game Farmville introduced the Crop Whisperer badge on October 15, 2009. Farmville is one of the most popular free online flash games created to date for the Internet. The feature allows players to use Crop Fertilizer on their Farmville neighbors' farms. The fertilizer makes the regular crops grow larger and "sparkle".http://forums.zynga.com/showthread.php?t=222856

If you see that your plots of land on Farmville are "sparkling," this means that one of your neighbors came by and fertilized your crops. A fertilized crop will also look much bigger than the normal crop because of the Farmville fertilizer.You can do the same by clicking on your friends avatars located at the bottom of the game play page. From here, click visit. Once you are on their page, you can simply click on a plot of land that has not yet been fertilized. This will allow you to fertilize their land.

Crop Fertilizer Announced

The following official announcement was made by Farmville about the game: "Hey Farmers! We're very happy to introduce our latest feature: Crop Fertilizer! How does it work? Simple! Randomly selected users will receive 5 Bags of Fertilizer, per neighbor, per day. Those players can then use the fertilizer on crops on their neighbors' farms. Fertilizer bags are rewarded when you complete a friend mission (pulling weeds, chasing crows, etc.) and removed when you visit another neighbors farm. Once a crop has been fertilized, it will appear bigger than normal crops and sparkle. But don't let them wither, fertilized crops reward experience points when harvested!
