The Far Side reenactments photo pool on Flickr features photographs that recreate panels from The Far Side comic strip. The Far Side single-panel comic strip was created by Gary Larson and appeared in newspapers from 1980-1994. Before Larson opted to stop creating new comics in 1994, The Far Side was featured in 1,900 newspapers and translated into 17 languages.Salon: Gary Larson (December 21, 1999)
