There are a wide variety of weapons available in Far Cry 2. These include assault and sniper rifles, submachine guns, rocket and grenade launchers, pistols and a number of mines and other explosive devices.

The Weapons
In Far Cry 2, weapons have durability ratings and eventually break. As weapons loses durability, they jam more often, are more difficult to aim and become visibly dirty and worn. In addition to being found throughout the game world, weapons in the game can be purchased.
