In Back in the Saddle, the ninth level of Family Guy: Time Warped, Brian must move through a town set in the American old west in order to meet up with Stewie for a final battle with Lois. To progress through this stage, it is necessary to maneuver around falling stone blocks, defeat gunfighters and glide between a series of ledges. This level is significant in that the majority of the stage is comprised of the falling and rising stone blocks.

1. Move right and defeat the cow boy with your bone, then jump up on the piano to collect more plutonium and earn the jacket.
2. Drop back to the ground and move right drop off the ledge, then continue forward and allow the block to fall.
3. Move under the block when it rises and go across the wooden bridge, then smash through the crate and allow the block to fall.
4. Move underneath the block when it rises and run under the next ledge, then wait until the next block rises and run underneath it.
5. Make it underneath the ledge, then wait until the block rises and run underneath it.
6. Jump up the platforms to reach the ledge above and activate the checkpoint, then move right and jump over the ledge ahead to glide into the flying block.
7. Glide onto the block when it drops, then jump to the chandelier above and move right across the chandeliers to the right.
8. Drop onto the block below, then jump right to collect the plutonium surplus and jump over the spikes to glide over the spikes ahead and under the falling the blocks.
9. After you land on the ground, move right and activate the checkpoint, then collect the ipecac and use it on the two cops.
10. Bounce off the cop's back to reach the top of the carriage, then jump off the carriage to the right and glide to pick up the lingerie.
11. Drop to ground below and move right into the building, then defeat the cow boy with the ipecac and bounce off his back to collect the plutonium above.
12. Drop to the ground and move right, then jump up the platforms to reach the next ledge and wait until the block rises.
13. Move right and jump up the platforms to collect the ipecac, then wait until the block ahead rises and use the ipecac to clear away the wall.
14. Move under the rising block and take cover under the ledge, then wait until the next block ahead rises and use the ipecac to clear away the crate.
15. Move under the rising block and use the ipecac to clear the wall ahead, then use it again on the cop across from you.
16. Wait until the block ahead drops all the way down, then jump on top of it and ride it up.
17. Jump to the ledge on your left to pick up the lingerie, then drop back to the ground below and move right.
18. Wait until the block drops all the way down, then use it to cross the gap and clear the wall ahead with your bone.
19. Wait until the block ahead drops all the way down, then walk on top of it and ride it up.
20. 
              #Jump to the platform above, then jump on top of the block to
              your right when it comes all the way down.
              #Ride the block up and jump to the ledge on your right, then
              jump across the gap and onto the moving block.
              #Ride the block down and move left to exit the building, then
              approach the saloon to complete the level.
