1. Move right and pick up the plutonium, then continue forward to activate the cut scene.
2. After the cut scene, move right and continue picking up plutonium until you acquire the jacket, then approach Mort to activate the cut scene.
3. After the cut scene, pick up the ipecac and continue forward, then throw the bottle at the guard to make him sick and throw another bottle at the rock wall ahead of you to clear an opening.
4. Move inside and throw a bottle at the pile of blocks to remove them, then pick up more ipecac and use it to make the guard ahead sick.
5. Jump up the moving platform to reach the ledge above, then throw a bottle at the guard on the left.
6. Jump up the moving platform to reach the ledge above, then throw a bottle at the guard on the right.
7. Jump up the moving platform to the ledge above and move left to pick up a checkpoint, more ipecac and plutonium.
8. Throw a bottle at the guard ahead, then continue left and jump the moving platform to reach the ledge above.
9. Move right and jump up the ledges to collect the surplus of plutonium, then continue forward and jump off the ledge to glide to the one across from you.
10. Throw a bottle at the pile of blocks to the right and move forward, then jump and glide back and forth between ledges to reach the ground floor and pick up as much plutonium as possible. The ground floor is marked with fountain statue of Lois.
11. When you reach the ground floor, move right and pick up the checkpoint, then use a bottle on the guard ahead and use the raised platform on the right to reach the ledge above.
12. Move left and take out the guard, then jump up the raised platform to reach the ledge above move right.
13. Take out the guard and use the moving platform to reach the ledge above, then move right to activate the cut scene.
14. After the cut scene, throw a bottle at the cop to disable him, then move right and strike the statue to move past it.
15. Pick up the bombs and throw them at the two cops ahead, then continue forward and take out another two cops.
16. Continue right and use a bomb the pile of blocks to clear the way, then pick up the checkpoint and the plutonium.
17. Move forward and pick up the ipecac, then use it defeat the cop ahead and jump off the next ledge to glide to the yellow sign below.
18. Jump off the ledge to your right, then glide to reach another ledge and pick up the blow-up doll.
19. Move off the ledge to your left and glide down onto thestaiircase, then move right and strike the statue for plutonium.
20. Move right and approach the guard outside the courthouse to activate the cut scene and complete the level.
