Fallout 3 Trophies

Trophies for the PlayStation 3 version of Fallout 3 were released on December 15, 2008. There are 51 trophies total, and they largely mirror the game's Xbox 360 achievements. Trophy support was added with the release of a patch for the game.

Besides adding trophy support, the patch for the PS3 version of Fallout 3 also fixed a bug that caused the game to slow down considerably whenever the console wanted to display a notification. Most users had to resort to turning off all notifications in order to prevent the massive slow down. Developer Bethesda also says there are additional fixes in the patch as well.

Players should be automatically prompted to download the update when they launch the game. Currently the update is only for the English version of the game in the United States and the United Kingdom.
