Expansion Differences
While inside of the computer simulation where the expansion takes place, some of the rules are different than they are during the main game. Enemies that die will disappear, so there will be no chance to loot their bodies. Players will get to choose from a selection of companions to help them on the trip The companions include differently skilled humans and military robots. There are also no stimpacks for players to carry around, instead players are healed at check points that have health dispensers. There are also ammo dispensers to replenish ammo.Destructiod.com: Destructoid review: Fallout 3 Operation: Anchorage DLC (8) (January 27, 2009)
