Operation Anchorage, a downloadable expansion pack for Fallout 3, will include four new Achievements worth a total of 100 Gamerscore points: Aiding the Outcasts, The Guns of Anchorage, Paving the Way, and Operation: Anchorage. The first three achievements are rewarded for completing the corresponding quest and are worth 20 points each. The last one is rewarded for completing the entire expansion and is worth 40 points.

Chinese Stealth Suit
In Operation Anchorage, there is new armor called the Hei Gui Stealth Suit. When equipped, the armor makes the user nearly invisible, adding +15 to stealth and +5 to sneak field when crouching. Players can see enemies who wear the suit by spotting their blurry outline. Once an enemy in the suit is hit, he will become visible. the suit has 28 damage resistance and 400 item HP. It weights 20 pounds and is worth 500 caps.Using the stealth suit can lead to a number of bugs. For one, it will allow the wearer to infinitely wear headwear.
