Fallout 3 DLC

  • The three downloadable expansions for the Xbox 360 and PC versions of Fallout 3, were released in January, March and April of 2009.

    May 19, 2009: Bethesda confirmed that "Point Lookout" will be one of two additional downloadable content packs to be released in 2009.     May 1, 2009: According to retailer listings, an additional DLC referred to as "Point Look" and "Point Lookout" may be bundled with the third expansion, Broken Steel, for $19.95. Bethesda is denying additional DLC rumors for the PC and Xbox 360, fueling speculation that the fourth DLC may be released for the PS3 console.   • Operation: Anchorage

    The first expansion, released at the end of January, is titled Operation: Anchorage. players will take part in a simulated recreation of a battle from the Fallout series' fictional history, in which the United States army has to fight off the Chinese military for control of the city of Anchorage, Alaska. To win the battle, the player has to secure a mountainside and then infiltrate a Chinese military base. Since the battle takes place inside a simulation, players won't have the armor or weapons they have in the main game. There were new abilities, however, and added a number of new achievements.
  • The Pitt

    The second expansion, The Pitt, takes place in the steel district of the wrecked city of Pittsburgh and is due out in March 2009.   • Broken Steel
