About Broken Steel
Broken Steel is the third downloadable expansion released for Fallout 3. It takes place two weeks after the events of the main storyline. The water purification system has been activated and Project Purity is now a central hub of activity. The Brotherhood of Steel is now sorting out how to distribute the clean water to the Wasteland's inhabitants and has enlisted the player to help wipe out the Enclave for good.Two new perks have been added to the game with Broken Steel. Puppies! allows players to reincarnate their canine companion, Dogmeat, every time he dies.
