About Broken Steel
Broken Steel introduces new perks and achievements, and gives players the ability to increase their level from 20 to 30. Players work with the Brotherhood of Steel to wipe out the Enclave for good. Using newly acquired technology and weapons, like the Tesla Cannon and the Heavy Incinerator, players explore new location like the Olney Powerworks, Andrews Air Force Base and the tunnels beneath what remains of the White House. On the way, witness firsthand the effects of Project Purity on the Wasteland's population, and face new foes like the Super Mutant Overlord and Enclave Hellfire Troopers.Official Site: Broken Steel Overview IGN: Fallout 3: Broken Steel First Look (April 21, 2009)Broken Steel is the third downloadable expansion released for Fallout 3, the first two being Operation Anchorage and The Pitt, which were released in early 2009.
