There are 20 bobbleheads hidden in the Fallout 3 game world, one for each of the seven SPECIAL statistics and 13 skills. Every time the player finds one, it permanently raises that stat. Well, I have all bobbleheads, killed all supermutant Behemoths, and am about to complete all the quests. What's left for Fallout 3??
