E. Coli O157:H7
Escheria coli is a bacteria that causes food poisoning. E. coli O157:H7 is a strain of the bacteria that produces a toxin which can cause severe and potentially fatal illness. Symptoms of E. coli infection include severe stomach cramps, diarrhea (which may be bloody), and vomiting.
