Online Co-op
Unlike the original Fable, online co-op will make its way to the sequel. On September 29, 2008, it was announced that online co-op would have to be added to the game in a patch due to kinks that still needed to be worked out. E3 Reception
Fable 2 was shown off in nearly final form at the 2008 E3 Business and Media Summit, where it was met with praise and aniticipation. The game garnered numerous best of show awards from outlets like GameSpot, GamePro.com, 1up.com and Edge Magazine.
