• New jobs become available every 10-20 days
    • City Guards give bounty hunter jobs
    • As a child, give Search Warrants to Arfur for more assassination jobs later
  • There are a few different jobs in Fable 2, providing players a way to earn some quick cash in addition to playing pub games. Skill up as a woodcutter, bartender or blacksmith. Take a couple of side jobs as a bounty hunter, join the Assassination Society, rescue some slaves or capture them.
  • Blacksmith, Woodcutter, Bartender

These three jobs can be skilled up, ranking from one to five stars. The higher your skill level, the more money you earn; but it costs more to rank up as well. For example, as a blacksmith, you earn gold for every sword you create. You have to earn a certain amount of gold from blacksmithing to reach higher skill levels.
  • Bounty Hunting

City Guards, particularly in Bowerstone Market, will sometimes ask you to take out some monsters or thugs who have been lurking in the area. Defeat the specified number of enemies and then return to the City Guard for payment. These jobs are a quick source of income.
  • Assassination Society

You'll receive a contract specifying the assassination target, location and any other pertinent information. Take out the target, preferably when there are no witnesses around, and then collect your gold from your Assassination Society contact. To increase the frequency of contracts you receive later in the game, give Search Warrants to Arfur when you're a child. Also note that assassinating people results in -30 purity.
  • Slave Rescue...or Capture

Depending on your morality, you can either set out to free slaves or help capture them. To free slaves, take out any guards by the cages and then use the key they drop to release their captives. To capture slaves, you'll receive a description of the type of person your employer is looking for and how many are wanted. Once you spot your target, entice them with the Follow expression and head to the area specified in the quest description to hand them over. Whichever path you choose, completing these jobs gives a notable morality boost toward Good or Evil.
