Evenflo Co. voluntarily recalled approximately 643,000 Envision high chairs and expanded an earlier recall of 90,000 Majestic high chairs due to choking hazards and a risk of falling. The recall was done in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and was announced on Thursday, April 2, 2009.
