Demario James Atwater has been arrested for the murder of Eve Carson on March 12, 2008. Authorities had previously released 3 photos related to the suspect in the murder of Eve Carson. Two were taken of him at an ATM, while using Carson's card to make a withdrawal. The other is of a baseball cap he is believed to be wearing. In the photo, the suspect is in a Toyota Highlander SUV that appears identical to Eve Carson's car. Atwater is believed to be the individual in the photos.
