The foreclosure notice resulted from Holyfield's default on a $10 million bank loan. However, this is only part of his financial crisis.

In addition to the bank loan, Holyfield is being taken to court by a Utah construction company for failure to pay back a landscaping loan of $550,000.

Holyfield also has taken out two additional mortgages on the estate, totaling $10 million. As if that wasn't enough, he is also being taken to court for back child support by one of his ex-wives.
