Evan Taubenfeld
Evan Taubenfeld gained his fame by touring with Avril Lavigne as her tour director and lead guitarist from 2001 to 2004. He has co-written several tracks for her albums, including her hit single Don't Tell Me.
He has recorded his debut solo album Welcome to The Black List Club, which will be released by summer 2010.
On December 7, 2009, Taubenfeld released his first ever holiday song, Merry Swiftmas (Even Though I Celebrate Chanukah), which quickly went viral after Taylor Swift herself tweeted about it.
Evan has stated he would love to open up for Avril Lavigne on her next tour.
This week, Evan announced on his UStream that his album would be released on May 18, 2010.
Career
When intending to study at Berklee College of Music, Evan Taubenfeld received a phone call from Josh Sarubin, inviting him to audition for a new talent he just signed. The talent happened to be a young Canadian named Avril Lavigne. Taubenfeld remained in Lavigne's band until September 2004; when he left to focus on his own music.
Evan Taubenfeld has a role in Private (Web series) where he plays Blake Pearson.
His debut CD Welcome to the Black List Club will be released by summer 2010, and Evan has mentioned he may release it in May.

He would be disappointed with any other girl. It was received with lots of praise, as many famous musicians and internet users tweeted about it, including Taylor Swift herself! It has received over 115,000 views after just one day.
