An Electric Vehicle uses electricity to create propulsion through the use of an electric motor. New advances inwheel motors help distribute power to two or four wheels. The magnetic motors use rare earth magnets to gain incredible speed and power for the input voltage.
An EV hybrid uses a small 1 Liter, three cylinder motor to generate electricity on demand when battery power levels drop below a threshhold.
Ultracapacitor combined with batteries provide instant power without heating the batteries.
