It was reported on March 19th, 2008, that Embry had settled a lawsuit with Deal or No Deal model Angelina Roudeva. Roudeva was suing over an alleged 2005 incident in which she was injured after being thrown from the back of the actor's motorcycle. According to Roudeva, Embry left her and failed to get help.
