• Eternal Sonata is a beautifully-rendered, cell-shaded role-playing game that is heavily influenced by classical music and classical composers. The battle system is turn-based, but incorporates elements not common to turn-based battle systems. A compelling story, easy gameplay, stunning visuals and a musical score second to none make Eternal Sonata well worth playing. The PS3 version includes two characters, Crescendo and Serenade, who were not available in the Xbox 360 version, as well as a clothing system that allows players to change their characters' outfits. Otherwise, the two versions are almost identical. Note that this guide is written for the Xbox 360 version.
