Espresso is a specialty coffee drink that is made by forcing hot, but not boiling, water through coffee that has been ground to a fine powder. this results in a thicker coffee than the conventional kind. Do to the process in making espresso the coffee is concentrated and contains three times the caffeine of regular brewed coffee. Espresso is often the base for latte, mochas and cappuccino. To make espresso you need to have an espresso machine.
