Erin Muller is the girlfriend of Michael Lohan, the father of actress Lindsay Lohan. In August 2008 E! Online reported that Muller and Lohan were engaged. In May 2009, it was reported that Lohan had been charged with aggravated harassment. According to prosecutors, Lohan threatened to kill Muller if she left him and then kill himself. Michael Lohan Death Threat?
Muller filed a complaint on March 18, 2009, stating that Lohan threatened to kill her and himself, if she left him. On April 6, 2009, Lohan turned himself in to the Suffolk County Police on Long Island. On May 27, 2009, Lohan said he never threatened to kill Muller or himself.
