Erica Dahm McGraw is one of the Dahm triplets, featured as Playmates in the December 1998 issue of Playboy. She and her sisters Nicole and Jaclyn grew up in Jordan, Minnesota, and attended the University of Minnesota.

Dahm has two black ink dots tattooed onto her buttocks, a remnant of the method her parents used to distinguish the three girls when they were newborns.

Erica is married to Jay McGraw, son of TV personality Dr. Phil McGraw, and Executive Producer of the television show The Doctors.

Throughout this pregnancy Erica and her sister have been doing special commentary on the show The Doctors.

In February 2010 they participated in an on air ultrasound that confirmed that the couple was having only one child and the baby was going to be a girl. The sisters and the McGraw family were all there for the announcement.

Erica Dahm first met McGraw on the set of the 2004 FOX reality show Renovate My Family. The pair were wed in August 2006 at the McGraws' Beverly Hills home. October 2009 Dr. Phil McGraw made the announcement to the media that Erica and Jay were expecting their first child.

Erica gave birth on March 18, 2010 to Avery Elizabeth. The 6 pound 6 ounce baby girl was 21 inches long and was born at 11:33 pm.
