Eric Rivera Jr.

Eric Rivera Jr., is one of four men implicated in the shooting death of Sean Taylor. During the suspected burglary of Taylor's home on November 26, 2007 Rivera, then 17 years old, allegedly shot the former Washington Redskins star in the groin, an injury that caused his death a day later. The death penalty has been waved in Rivera's case as Florida law prohibits its applications when the shooter is a minor.
