Eric McCormack

Emmy-winner actor Eric McCormack has been seen on the stage, in movies and on television in the NBC sitcom Will and Grace. McCormack announced the 2008 Screen Actors Guild Award nominees along with Angela Bassett on December 18, 2008.

Career

McCormack started his career as a dramatic actor, working on stage and screen in more serious roles. He participated in the Stratford Shakespeare Festival for five years starting in 1985. After more than a decade of more serious roles, McCormack took the role of gay lawyer Will Truman on the NBC comedy Will and Grace. He also started in the cult classic film Free Enterprise, a movie about Star Trek and Star Trek fans which co-starred William Shatner.Yahoo!
