Erasmus James is a professional football player for the Washington Redskins of the National Football League.
NFL Career
Erasmus James was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in 2005. In his rookie season, James played in 15 games, starting nine of them. He finished the season with 28 tackles and four sacks. After an impressive first year, James was plagued by injuries and played in only two games in 2006 and six games in 2007. He was only able to gain one additional sack in his last two seasons.
James was traded to the Washington Redskins on May 27, 2008 in return for a seventh-round pick in the 2009 draft.Redskins.com: Erasmus James
