Epic Mickey features various characters inspired from Disney’s cartoon movies. Some of these characters were implemented by developers as a tribute to Disney’s work. While the main character is Mickey Mouse, players will also have the chance to meet Captain Hook, Goofy, or Oswald the Lucky Rabbit. Epic Mickey Characters Detailed
In Epic Mickey, Captain Hook appears as a robot and he commands an army of pirate robots. Hook was transformed in a robot by the Mad Doctor and Mickey will have to fight him. During this fight the player has two options. He can save the Sprite, who will call Peter Pan or he can fight directly with Hook. If Peter Pan arrives he will deal with Hook; however if the player decides to face Hook, the battle will take place on a plank. When Hook is defeated a robotic version of a crocodile will appear and will eat the pirate.http://epicmickey.wikia.com/wiki/Captain_Hook
While Captain Hook can be considered a Boss in Epic Mickey, players will also encounter easier enemies. These enemies are called Spatters and Blotlings. The Blotlings can have several variations such as Pirate Blotlings. Mickey can use his thinner to erase them or the paint which automatically turns them in allies.http://epicmickey.wikia.com/wiki/Captain_Hook
Additionally, when Mickey fights against his enemies or Bosses, he may receive help from his allies. Some of these allies are the Bunny Kids, the Gremlin Gus or Mickey’s old friends: Goofy, Donald Duck, Pluto or Daisy.http://epicmickey.wikia.com/wiki/Gremlin_Gus
