Plot Synopsis
Diner waitress Slim (Jennifer Lopez) meets and later marries attractive, rich Mitch Hiller (Billy Campbell). Their domestic happiness soon turns sour after Slim discovers that Mitch is unfaithful, controlling and abusive. Slim leaves Mitch, but he continues to pursue and terrorize her. After realizing that Mitch will not abandon his pursuit and the police can do little to help her, Slim takes matters into her own hands. -
