Enlighten Up! is a 2009 documentary by Kate Churchill. The premise of the film is that Yoga can transform anyone. Kate chooses Nick Rosen, a writer as a subject. Kate immerses Nick in Yoga tasking him to see if he can find something relevant to him personally to inspire him. The journey takes both Nick and Kate in a direction that neither anticipated.Yahoo!
